Vincent had a project last year and instead of doing a paper, he play acted Teddy Roosevelt from his early days
to the Panama Canal and Nobel Peace Prize.

Changing shirts, hats , mustache and other props, he presented it via the TV Morning Show.  He was so cute
and Mrs Cathcart (Principal)  was estatic.

He goes to Theodore Roosevelt Elementary and it coincided with his birthday.

Later that afternoon he won the best Teddy look alike contest.  Then a reporter from the Tampa Tribune did a wonderful article which appeared in the front page of Wednesday's "South Tampa" section.
