Is it because unlike other people, you can NEVER go back to see the old school and the house where you lived? Anyways, I feel the same. I didn't graduate from Wagner HS but I did go to the middle school from 80-83. I haven't been able to find ANYONE from those years. Does anybody remember me?? Can somebody please verify that I did indeed live at Clark and that I was not invisible? I am a Captain in the Marines now and I have a plan to invade Angeles and take Clark back so that we can all hang out at the Bamboo Bowl and all that stuff. Later I hope. |

| Comments: | It's a small world. While browsing the WHOA page, I looked at my sister's entry in the Alumni email registry (graduated in 83, Kelly Myers). Directly below her name was the name of Marcus Parker. I am now a Marine Captain in Virginia, some 15 years later. The Navy Lt. who works with me everyday, in the same division, is one Lt. Marcus Parker. Neither of us had any idea that the other also lived at Clark, went to the same school, and that he graduated with my sister. Crazy to think that we probably shared the same 20 ft of airspace on more than one occasion so many years ago. By the way, my sister remembers him. |

| Comments: | I attended the reuninion here in Colo Springs last August- it was a great time and was good to see all the lost souls from the last time. Have only had an opportunity to see a few fellow grads in the past years. I have the addresses for Lynn Hayes and Margie Akers(their former names) Both are living in California and have grown children as I do. I have two daughters 21,and 23 with 2 grandsons and another on the way this next month. Have been busy in education and also have a Running Camp here in Colorado,and as we have a great number of mountains, it is in the mtns at 9,000' elevation in the Rockies, just west of Colo spgs. any interested runners want to try a little out-of-breath experience please let me know. Final graduation day is the trek up the trail on the side of Pikes Peak to the summit at 14,110'. Look forward to hearing from other '66 grads. Thanks, Alan Johnson |

| Comments: | I arrived at Clark A.F.B. in the middle of my Jr. year, so I don't think I am in the '67 year book, but I am in the '68 book. I lost my yr book about 5 yrs after graduation, so I do not remember many classmates names. I do remember ROBERTA WEXLER, my art teacher! She and I double dated to my SR PROM!!! I live in CENTRAL TX with my hubby and 8th grade son. I have a married 27 yr old daughter and 2 grandbabies! My 26 yr old son lives in VEGAS and is still single. I Sub-Teacher at a private prison (HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, so I can only SUB). I never went to college...big mistake! When I am not teaching, I clean houses for income to assit hubby with budget needs. I seldom ever have to work more than 30 hours a week. I Own my own business, CRISTMAS WORKSHOP. I market personalized letters from Santa Claus and give 20% of my earnings to a local charity. I am on the board of directors for an AOL ORG. that teaches people all over the world how to write and market these letters! It is a lot of fun and very satisfying! I found WHOA through an ONLINE FRIEND in Amsterdam! I mentioned to him I have never seen any of my class mates and have often wondered what became of them and ROBERTA!!! HE WENT TO WORK on it and found WHOA in less than 2 days! I owe PEIT a big debt!! He as made my dreams come true! GOD IS A GOOD GOD!!! AMEN???? :) |

| Comments: | I am currently secretary to the 1AF/DO at Tyndall AFB FL. My latest supervisor was Allan R. Guarino, Colonel, USAF, who was a student at Wagner during the first semester of our senior year. He then moved to Itazuki, Japan, where he graduated in 1963. He is the one who gave me this information. I am so glad, because I have wanted to get together with some of my fellow graduates. I live here in Panama City with my husband of almost 34 years. We have two children and four grandchildren. I also had 2 brothers attend Wagner. They are Howard and Robert Honeywell and would have been in the class of 65. They were both track team members and played soccer. Howard served 20 years in the Air Force and unfortunately passed away with brain cancer on February 3, 1997. Robert (or Bob as he is called) is now living in Roanoke VA with his wife on a horse farm and works for the State Highway Department. He is also a grandfather twice over. My sister, Sandra, would have been a graduate in 1966. She is now living in Orange City, Iowa with her husband and youngest child. She is a grandmother several times over and is a homemaker. I am interested in hearing from anyone who remembers me. I was quite shy in high school, but believe me, I have gotten over that! Let me hear from you. I would also be most interested in attending the reunion in July. |

| Comments: | Hi there Wagner Alums. Nice to see some of you on the site posting messages For those of you who may not remember me, I am Sherita Pinkney. I played basketball for Wagner in 85 and 86. Placing second to Kubasaki twice in the Far East finals. Fellow teammates were Michelle Cabret, Tisha Langfitt, Michelle Vorhees, Shawn and Stephanie Crocker, Charmaine Wilson, Beth ( I forgot her last name). Our coach for both seasons was Mr. Ratts. There were some others but the names escape me. I also played Softball and Volleyball. Fond memories of Jennifer Keenan, Tamara Sosnick, Charmaine Wilson, Lori Byerle, Tisha Langfitt, she was the best pitcher!! Memories of Mr. Cabret and his fascination with the son Celebration. We played that song for every occasion. I remember the concerts that we used to give for the kids at Macarthur Elementary school. The band was definitely cool in those days. Who could forget the Drill Team and Wake me Up before You Go Go!!!! I am so glad that fellow Wagner Alums have a chance to reminisce about a place that no longer physically exists but truly exists in our hearts. Fellow teammates and Class of 86ers give me a holler. | Comments: | I didn't realize that this web page existed until Dr. Tom Lloyd called me the other day and made me aware of its existence. I visited Wagner Middle and High Schools this summer with my wife who still operates her export company located enroute to Carmenville. Just the shell of the school remains today and it's difficult getting your bearings again as hotel and golf course construction sites surround the site as well as the entire base which has become a duty free area and an export processing zone. I've always felt that my years at Wagner were made special because of the warm and unique people that made my stay in the Philippines so memorable. It is difficult to relate this feeling to others who haven't had a similar experience with such a close-knit group of people. It's great to see that this web page exists. | Comments: | What a great website! I was born at Clark and returned several times throughout my fathers AF career (he served 5 tours there). I went to all the schools there except for McArthur. I attended Wurtsmith elementary, Grissom, Lilly Hill, Wagner Middle, and Wagner High my freshmen and sophomore years. Unfortunately my father got stationed back in the states in late 1980 so I had to finish my last 2 years in the states. I wished I would have graduated from Wagner but as far as I'm concerned, it was the best school I have ever attended. I made alot of good friends there that I have ultimately lost all, if any contact I've had with them. Would like to hear from: Ronald Noriega and his brothers Randy and John, Mike Versoza, Leonard Riel, Brian Montes, Arnold Chapa just to name a few. Since I left the PI, I've been pushing my talents to the limits on the football field and on the track. I won the California state championships in track and field in the 400m in 1994 and came out to Colorado on scholarship to play football and run track for the Buffaloes. I played two years of football for the Buffs before leaving the team to concentrate on track. Since I made that move, I've been fortunate to win several honors and compete in several huge races. All the while I've never forgotten about my experiences in the PI and the many people who touched my life during that time to help guide my life in this direction. | Comments: | I never went to wagner, but I knew alot of people who did. I went to Wurthsmith Elementary and Lily Hill Middle school. We had alot of great times there. I first would like to thank Mr. Cabret when he was at Wurthsmith for introducing me to music. I was in the first school band that Wurthsmith had. Now music is a big part of my life. Writing, playing, recording and composing. I remember he use to let me play the bass drum and the snare drum by my self when we played 'The Halls of Montazuma'sp? I thought that was the greatest thing. And our first big production was 'Cinderella' The Disco version! Ha Ha.. His daughter played the lead as Cinderella. I was in the chorus. Man, I had a crush on her! Ha!! Some of the people I remember are, Richard Power, Myra Pablo, Louisa Finch, Maria Hadley, Lisa Hough(Had something for her to), Barbara Stewart(another one!), Frank Ruiz, Jeff Salvator, Jimmy Gibb, James Alexander, Toni Maddox, and many others that I can't remember right now. Anyway, great site! Always go forward and never straight! |
