 Counting the days!

(Somebody start pouring my gin and tonics now. It's been a long semester
already and I think I'm gonna need drinks, falcon fellowship and a few good
men to keep my spirits up --dancing, I mean! Bring your minds outta that
gutter!)

BTW: Did I see a party at Gary's parents' house the 8th??? I could come
from Flagstaff to Prescott and then to Phoenix. Sure I'd never see my kids
that week, but they'll understand. right??

 So, reunion attendees:

What songs are the songs of your life? What music takes you back to the old
gym and high school dances? What did you listen to with the sweetheart of
the day? Which songs did you wait for on Casey Kasem's Top 40 countdown
each week (did you all tape each show like we did, waiting for the Long
distance Dedication? Anyone ever send one in? Was it read?)

If we're planning music for the bash of the year, we ought to have the
tunes that take us back to the days. (I know most of you guys were out
partying WAAAAAAAY more than I ever got to, so let's hear it.)  What music
do we need for this party?

(As for me, Grease was the most popular soundtrack, Rod Stewart was
everywhere and DISCO was alive and well. And I remember a school  that
ended with a huge production number to "Come Sail Away"  (You know: ~I'm
sailing away. Set an open course for the abbasd seas. I've got to be free,
free to face the life that's ahead of me~)

 Hi everyone,

I spoke with Mr Taft this afternoon. He will be attending Saturday evenings events at the Phoenix reunion Oct 10.

Mr Taft also stated that Mr Mitchum is trying to plan his trip across country from the east coast so that he arrives in Phoenix to attend the Saturday night events with Mr Taft. Mrs Mitchum had to return to Japan and will not be attending.

I have been trying to get ahold of the Harmelinks who are here in the Phoenix area and I have still had no luck. :)  Mr Taft has promised to continue to try to track them down also. Hopefully someone will get word to them and they'll show up at the reunion. I know they wouldn't want to miss it. I will continue trying to find them and Mr Taft promises to search for a letter he received from them last Xams, which is suppose to have a phone# for them.  keep those fingers crossed.
